SHIPPING
Shipping is only offered to the 48 continental U.S. states at this time. If you would like to buy an item and have it shipped internationally, please visit my Etsy shop to do so.
PRODUCTION TIME
All items from my shop are made-to-order, meaning they are specifically created just for you! Because of this, production time for my shop is currently 2–5 business days for non-apparel products and 2–7 business days for apparel products. These timeframes do not include shipping time.
SHIPPING TIME
After a product has been produced, please allow 3-5 business days (standard shipping) for your item to arrive, depending on your location.
FREE SHIPPING
Receive free standard shipping with a minimum online purchase of $75.00 or more. Minimum purchase must be met in a single transaction, after any applicable discounts, before taxes, and any applicable shipping fees. Eligible customers must select Standard Shipping during checkout in order to receive free standard shipping.
This offer excludes the purchase of gift cards unless the gift card is included in a purchase that includes merchandise totaling $50.00 or more before taxes, after any applicable discounts.
Valid in the 48 continental U.S. states only. Not valid on international shipments or to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, P.O. boxes, and APO/FPO addresses. No adjustments on previous purchases.
If you choose another shipping option, additional charges will apply. The offer is non-transferable and is not redeemed for cash or cash equivalent. Courtney Sonner Design reserves the right to modify or cancel this promotion at any time without notice.
RETURNS
MISPRINTED/DAMAGED/DEFECTIVE ITEMS
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 4 weeks after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
If you notice an issue on the products or anything else on the order, please submit an issue report with pictures and a description of the misprinted/damaged/defective product.
WRONG ADDRESS
If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to the vendor. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).
UNCLAIMED ITEMS
Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself (if and as applicable).
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
All items from our shop are made-to-order, meaning they are specifically created just for you! As a result, all sales are final. We do not accept returns and/or exchanges for reasons including, but not limited to, ordering the wrong size and having buyer’s remorse.
We do not accept returns of sealed goods, such as but not limited to face masks, which are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons. You hereby agree that any returned orders with face masks won’t be available for reshipping and will be disposed of.
Please submit an issue report prior to returning any products.
