What We Bloom

Apparel Collaboration

What We Bloom is an independent brand co-founded by siblings Jackie & Steve Druan. Growing up in Connecticut together, they both had their fair share of mental health struggles and found that playing music, connecting with other creatives, and being open helped them.

I teamed up with What We Bloom to create an apparel design centered around my own experiences with mental health. With the release date falling in October, I also chose to incorporate some classic illustrative elements to play on everyone’s favorite spooky season, while remaining true to my illustrative style.

Project Insight

The What We Bloom collection with Courtney (“Trust In The Seeds You Are Planting”) emphasizes her unique optimistic style, blended with a Fall theme.

A portion of the proceeds of Courtney’s collaboration will go to the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention, a voluntary health organization that gives those affected by suicide a nationwide community empowered by research, education and advocacy to take action against this leading cause of death.
